Application process for maternity allowance is ongoing.

Confirm your allowance application by filling the below written conditions.

Conditions:

01. National Identity Card is mandatory.

02. Age Schedule should be between 20 to 35 years.

03. Application is applicable for 1st/2nd child only.

04. Bank/Mobile Bank Account in own name.

06. Garbha rice time should be between 4 to 8 months.

07. Application is not required if previous beneficiary.

08. Pregnancy card (card obtained from family planning / health center).
